Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Authors who want to submit articles to the journal or make other contributions in the form of writing are requested to adhere to the guidelines given below.


1. Language: English only.
2. Font: Times New Roman; 12-points, single space, no paragraph spacing, first line indent for each paragraph (0.5 inch).
3. Author(s) must use non-discriminatory language. Any racists or sexists terms are not allowed. Further the   manuscript should not contain any obscene, offensive, defamatory, libellous, fraudulent and illegal terms.
4. Spelling and punctuation style: Any spelling or punctuation style must be consistent.
5. Referencing and citation style: Please follow the APA style (6 th edition).

6. Abstract: Not more than 500 words.
7. Keywords: 5-12 words.
8. Length of manuscript (including tables, references, endnotes, captions)
         a. Research paper: Not more than 8,000 words.
         b. Book review: Not more than 1,500 words.
    N.B. If manuscripts exceed for more than the prescribed limit, they will be critically reviewed.
9. Illustrations: Insert illustrations at the appropriate place within the article along with appropriate captions.
10. Originality of the manuscript: All research papers will be checked for plagiarism using relevant software. Author(s) are advised to do plagiarism check  before submitting the article to the journal. Manuscripts found to be having high degree (high is set at 10-15 %) of similarity level will be rejected.
11. Funding: The author(s) are instructed to explicitly write about grant (if any) received by them for conducting the research. Information must include the name of funding agency, duration and the amount.
12. Submission: We don’t accept direct email to editors. Please upload article through submission platform on the journal website.
13. Publication charges: There is no fee for submission and/or publication.
14. Statement of originality/copy right form: Author(s) are required to submit a statement of originality form stating that the manuscript is original and genuine.
15. Author (s): Author(s) should provide title of the paper, author(s)’ name, institutional affiliation, date of submission, email address, telephone/mobile number, complete postal detail of author(s) and a brief bio (of all authors) at the cover page only. One author must be necessarily specified as corresponding author for all communications with journal. Names and other details shouldn’t appear elsewhere as manuscript(s) will be put to double-blind peer review.

17. Criteria of quality manuscript : The manuscript must have following elements

         i. Conclusion
